A couple years ago I was lost and unsure how to start the process of leaving my ex, I needed guidance and decided to call Epstein & Associates for the 30 minute consultation. The lawyer who I spoke with was Sahaj Bhathal, he was very well spoken and had the answers I needed. When the time came to retain council I knew I wanted to work with Mr. Bhathal, he was able to handle my high conflict situation with complete professionalism and compassion. I will continue to use this law firm and Mr. Bhathal if needed moving forward as I am grateful for the outcome for my children and myself and the genuine support. A huge thank you for working with me for the last two years and keeping my mind at ease when things seemed overwhelming and like there would never be a end.

We had a long standing confusion regarding fraudulent liens and NOSI’s put on our property and did not know who to contact with any experience or even the availability to take on this type of case. Not all lawyers will take on litigation cases. So we decide to contact Epstein & Associates. The online reviews we read provided us with hope they would help and we were not disappointed. We had our first consultation with Roy Hwang, who was very kind and a great listener and who followed up with an email that was almost a full transcript of our phone call. He then passed our case and referred us to Rachel Bangura. Rachel proceeded with all the letters required and was upfront and open about everything. She sent us all letters to read and verify before sending them to the various companies that piggy banked on the NOSI’s on the property. We very much appreciated that, as this gave us the feeling that we were included and we could be sure that things were proceeding with accuracy and transparency. Rachel was always helpful, polite and assuring. She fought for us straight out when the other party was trying to be sly, and we were grateful for that, too. Within 9 months the property was cleared of all NOSI’s and that gave us back our peace of mind, without having to go to court. We are forever grateful for the work and the speed with which all was completed and we would surely recommend Epstein & Associates if you are in need of legal aid.
