Great attention to detail. Personable staff. Patrick and Marc are awesome humans, and really look out for your best interests. I have used their services for many years, as so has my family. They have helped with Real Estate, Estate and Wills, and reviewed by corporate contracts. Highly recommend them. Down to Earth honest people!!

We have worked with this law firm for multiple real estate transactions on both the purchase and sale side. Marc Duco is an expert in what he does and his team is no exception. Anna has been the point person for all of our transactions, and she continues to execute flawslessy in what is a very tedious process. Overall good honest humans, and a pleasure to deal with both personally and professionally. Michael

The WORST law firm!! I cannot emphasize enough what a huge disaster Patrick Duco has caused my grandfather after his closing. His negligence has caused a huge lawsuit for my grandfather with his now ex wife, which he may never recover from. When I tried multiple times to reach out to them to help my grandfather get his final report with all documents he signed Mr. Duco said my grandfather was not his client although he was a RETURNING CLIENT THREE TIMES!! And when trying to send an email we receive a message saying we have been blocked. Absolutely outrageous and unprofessional. I think its time for retirement!!

I had something commissioned by Mr. Marc Duco this week, and he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It was an excellent experience and I am very grateful to their team for all of their help!

⭐☆☆☆☆

one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made was choosing this law firm to look after the purchase and sale of our homes. Id give them 0 stars if that was possible. leading up to closing day everything seemed fine, but the day of was ridiculous. I was told I would be updated with where things were going, which didn't happen. I ended up calling and was told I would be called back in a certain amount of time, that came and went. this happened 3 times and the responses I got made it seem like I was a burden on this law firm and their day to day business. While my family and I were waiting outside of our new home, my real estate agent called our law firm for me (at this point I didn't feel comfortable talking to them) and was told that the entire transaction had been completed an hour prior!! So not only was I not treated like a client, I was completely forgotten about!!! all of the above didn't even trigger this terrible review. I was happy that I didn't have to deal with them again. Until almost 2 months later I received a phone call where I was told that they had forgotten to pay our land transfer/property taxes and that I owed them close to $14k. Didn't seem to care that after moving and it being Christmas time, we were a little short, just wanted their money.
