Full disclosure - I used to work for this company many years ago. My employment experience has no bearing on this review. I enjoyed my time there and knew they had a great wills and estates department which is why I reached out to them for help with a family matter. I also used them for a real estate transaction many years ago. In April, I reached out to the lawyer who helped me previously and never received a reply. Then I decided to go through to proper channels of filling out an intake request on their website. I had an intake call with a law clerk in mid April. The clerk was late for the call and I had to email her to see if she was still coming. That's fine, it happens. She was lovely during our call and explained everything thoroughly. She told me a lawyer would be in touch shortly. It's now 3 months later and no one has called me. It's disappointing because this is regarding an elderly family member who is now on their death bed and I'm no further ahead. I know DSF have amazing lawyers, but client relations can be improved.
