Mr. Zand and Mr. DeRusha have both been working diligently on my custody case, and I can honestly say that they a both very hardworking and very determined individuals. I know that with this team on my side it is pretty much a done deal! Thank you for all the time and effort put into my case, my family and I are extremely appreciative of what is being done. My sister and I retained services from DeRusha Law firm a second time as we have so much confidence in Haig. This Firm has friendly staff, are very efficient and profesional within their team. They are very experienced the in different services that we required each time. Cost were very fair for the services provided. We cannot thank Haig, Daniel, Brenda and the other team members who played a role in making our experience such a positive one. We would certainly be quick to call upon Haig and his team in the future and highly recommend that you can trust this firm will meet the needs of their clients in a very timely, professional manner. ⭐☆☆☆☆

After my first “free” consult with Haig, I provided my deposit only to be met with extremely slow service that I had to call and follow up on far too often. By the first paid meeting I had to repeat every bit of information I had originally provided as if nobody had taken any notes or written down a single word. I was provided with a mediator in training but was paying for Haig still as well. After repeating my entire case to her, I was told my spouse was in a tough spot and was unable to pay her half of the mediation fees, only to lose contact with the office almost entirely once they received my money. After over a month, all they had done for me was make a single phone call and it costed me $1000. Since then, this office has neglected my case and the last email I received telling me they’d call me tomorrow was from Mid-December. It’s now Mid-January and I never got a call. I asked if there was any funds left from my two deposits to be refunded and was met with no response. Thankfully I did not proceed with the retainer fee as it would have broken me financially to do so and be met with this lack of care and service. UPDATE 01/30/23 - Most of my deposit was refunded. Appreciated.
