David Russell has appeared successfully for trials and appeals at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Superior Court of Justice. He brings compassion and energy to every case that he is involved with. He is comfortable with complex legal issues and challenging facts. He has developed a strong understanding of the law and is an excellent negotiator. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Mr. Russell graduated from the University of Victoria in 2001. He attended law school at the University of Western Ontario Law School, graduating in 2005. In 2006 he was called to the Bar of Ontario. He has since practiced in the fields of criminal and family litigation.
