Max Cohen and his real estate legal team were instrumental in another smooth and efficient home purchase transaction despite numerous issues we encountered. Max is very thorough, and always takes the time to explain even complicated legal processes with patience and clarity. This is the third transaction he and his colleague Maria Kogan have completed for my wife and me. He and his team is our go-to for real estate transactions in the GTA.
