I was referred to Chotai Law via e-mail for a new home purchase, which was fairly complicated. Vishal was extremely responsive, kept track of impending deadlines, and contacted me and the other parties proactively to ensure a smooth transition. We met in person at the office for the final signing session - Vishal reviewed the documents with us in a way that was easy to understand and not onerous. The offices were very clean, modern and professional. The fee was very reasonable and Vishal is a very nice person too! I would definitely refer Chotai Law to anyone.

Vishal is a true professional and a stickler for following due process. He ensured our closings for both buying and selling properties went smoothly. Even after closing when we needed assistance with wrapping up assumption agreements, he followed up with the other lawyer and got it resolved. While I wish this hiccup didn’t exist post closing, I am glad he was able to drive it to completion.
