I first met Jason several years ago on an unrelated matter. When we sold our house, I immediately knew who I would ask to act on our behalf. He and his staff so ably handled the reigns of the sale and made it very easy for us, especially because we had already moved out of town. I’ve suggested to our realtor she might like to recommend his office to her future clients. I know they will be equally pleased with their services. Thanks again, Jason and Ashley.

We were referred to Jason Cherniak for our Real Estate deal a few years back and since then he is our lawyer of choice for everything related to Real Estate. He and his staff are always professional, quick, attentive to details and responsive while maintaining competitive rates. We had the pleasure to have Jason be our lawyer for the closing of our first home. He took the time to go through all the legal documents in detail and made sure we understood what we were signing. His staff, specifically Ashley, were very responsive and helped ensure we successfully closed on our first home, and that includes a last minute hiccup during the registration. We have referred friends to him in the past, and they also had a great experiences.
