I had a great first experience at Carter’s thanks to Teresa! She greeted me right away and asked what I was looking for, then gave me some really helpful suggestions—ended up buying everything she recommended. She also made sure I knew about all the sales going on, which was a nice bonus. Teresa was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole shopping experience so easy, especially when it came to finding the right sizes. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Great store with beautiful clothes and fantastic service!

Just went to carters today but the cashier today was so rude and unprofessional. Treat customers rudely and badly never experience this type of customer service at all. Not what expect from this type of kids wear brand.
