Stay clear of Warren Rapoport at all costs - the Firm is good, he is a disaster !!! Warren is arrogant, agressive, self-interest driven and condescending. Once he was paid he took weeks to return email or phone calls and generally was disinterested in any further communications. If there was a zero star option it would be more fitting.

If you have the misfortune of having this firm be forced upon you, do anything you can to not have junior Adam Giel on your file. The man knows nothing about defending a client and allows others to walk all over him. His assistant says he's a trial lawyer. I don't believe that for a second. He is arrogant and pompous. Avoid him at all costs.
