Mr. Binsky made multiple mistakes during closing the sale of one property and purchase of two dependant in the sale of the property. He did not do proper title search and I closed the property with 15 open city permit that costed me $183,000 of city fees and permits in addition to $65,000 of legal fees in suing bin sky and his office for negligence Binsky lied during the discovery but evidence of dates and phone calls convicted him without any doubt I won the case against him but I wasted 4 years of my time on him and his lack of integrity and professionalism I am warning everyone please review your files thoroughly, they make mistakes in the statement of adjustment I was to pay $40k more because he did not consider the deposit payment and he miscalculated property taxes even though it was his mistake I paid with penalties in addition he fraudulently put a lean on my property without serving me Unethical office him and his partner Ms. Whitle a law student has more knowledge then she will ever have in her entire career Run so fast away from this office I have all the evidence to back up my story
