The Balasunderam Law Office was inaugurated in Brampton, Ontario in November of 2005. In May of 2006, the office was moved to Mississauga, Ontario. We serve the Region of Peel (Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon) and surrounding communities (Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Georgetown and Milton). The Balasunderam Law Office is committed to providing our clients with affordable professional legal services. Our areas of practice include real estate law, family law, estates law and criminal law. We are dedicated to serving our clients with integrity and honesty while maintaining respect for the client and the administration of justice. These values help us maintain a firm client base. We zealously represent our clients rights and look out for their best interests. Mr. Sathishkumar Balasunderam has been living in the City of Mississauga since 1988. Mr. Balasunderam attended The Woodlands School from 1988 to 1995. He moved onto the University of Toronto at Mississauga for his undergraduate studies (Bachelor of Arts, Political Science). He also attended the University of Windsor Law School (LL.B) and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (J.D.).

Sathish helped me navigate through my family law proceedings with an empathetic approach. He ensured my privacy was maintained throughout the period and helped me understand my legal options well. Outside the legal process, he was able to counsel in a sensitive manner. Can confidently say that his client’s best interest matters to him more than fees which speaks immensely to his work ethic. I would highly recommend him for any family law matter.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall I have been extremely satisfied with Sathish's service, as someone who doesn't know much about law I felt really well taken care of. I use his service with selling and buying my property. With the sell it was a pretty smooth ride but with my buying process it was different. They were many delays and problems down the road caused by the other side. Sathish has taken care of everything and even made it to my home when it was too hard for me to reach his place. He really goes over and beyond to help through stressful times. I greatly appreciate it and I strongly recommend him.

I would give Satish a 10 star rating. Since he came on to my family law case , he has done nothing but turn around and help me. I have had other high priced lawyers that have not even done half the work he has done for me. We sit, brainstorm and work together to achieve the best results for my case. He has never steered me the wrong way. I trust him 100% with my life and my custody case. His price is reasonable and is available early am, noon, evening, night and weekends. I have been in his office from as early as 6 am to 11 pm at night working on my case. Trust me when I say this, there are very few lawyers that will work these hours and be there for you. I have the utmost respect for Satish Balusunderam and believe he is the right lawyer for my situation. Right place and right time when I met him for the first time in The Brampton courthouse and hired him as my family lawyer.
