Terrible customer service. Will never recommend to anyone. Don’t expect to get what you’ve ordered because they’ll tell you things are in stock when you place your order, then don’t communicate with their customers - only to show up on delivery day without half your order. They don’t fix problems they’ve created but they’ll be quick to blame the customer for their lack of competence. Recommendation: Look elsewhere.

Here's a statement from someone who was a long time customer of Bakers & Us. DO yourself a favour and stay as far away from this company as you can. After the merger with BakeMark this company has gone to the dumps. The people there namely Barry Horn and Wanda Mendrikis are absolutely the worst people you could deal with. After over 20+ years of working with the old staff at Bakers these two have single headedly ruined the company and its reputation. They do not handle at criticism of their inadequacies what so ever. They will short your deliveries, not tell you in advance then blame the customer. They have consistently either not delivered the items we ordered, delivered the wrong items altogether, or delivered damaged items that could not be sold. After speaking with both Barry and Wanda multiple times about this they blame me the customer...!? The most recent mess up was today. Yesterday I called in my order for delivery, I called back to confirm that all of my items were in stock and that they would be delivered today. I was told "no" so I asked that we not make the delivery and that we arrange to have it when all items are in stock. Today at 9:00 am Bakers & Us arrived at my location with half of my delivery!! I called the office and told them that I cancelled the order and I don't know why they are here. The lady in the office was understanding and arranged for the order to be retuned. Then I was then called by good old Barry Horn and reprimanded and told that I'm to blame... another screw up by Bakers and Us but somehow the customer is at fault. I explained to him that the mistake was on their end and that the reason why we don't order from Bakers as much any more after spending over $50,000+ a year in purchases is because of this very reason. They are unreliable and their customer service is pathetic. This employee is an embarrassment to the company and an absolute joke. Honestly if it was me who operated Bakers & Us I would be so embarrassed to have someone like this work for me. I'm sure he's cost the company more than he is worth. Pathetic.

Horrible workers and horrible manager i made an order for my kid’s birthday it wasn’t on time + every person i spoke on the phone said that not their problems thanks for ruining my kids birthday party!!! Disgusting costumer service i don’t recommend anyone to use your services!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,Ronson and HIS team of merry misfits have found the worst attitude possible for customer satisfaction and care. The only excuse repeatedly used is the BAKEMARK takeover. 😂 Sell themselves out to this USA giant and forget about all the hardworking small businesses that made them who they were. There are TONS of suppliers out there! Don’t be shy to have a good look around. 26 years dealing with this entity and now, don’t let them fool ya, since the big corporate U.S. takeover they couldn’t give two bits about many of us. I’m out, you should be too !
