Sukhi Baidwan is an extremely knowledgeable criminal defence lawyer who worked very hard on my case and along with Eric Tweel at Baidwan Lawyers LLP went above and beyond in obtaining a perfect result for my tough case which dragged well over 8 to 9 trial days. Baidwan is extremely talented and skilled in the art of cross-examination. He was able to bring out many inconsistencies in the crown witness and was able to successfully challenge the credibility of the crown witness. Sukhi worked diligently in case preparation and provided excellent technical analysis of the case. Eric Tweel at Baidwan Lawyers LLP is very skilled at delivering powerful and effective closing arguments. Overall they are a great team to have on your side when you have been wrongfully accused to defend your rights and get you justice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was charged with a serious case of attempt murder with other guys in the city of Brampton. I was on a work permit. I hired Sukhi Baidwan. I got out on strict bail.Then after almost 2 years waiting, we went for 3 week jury trial. At the trial, crown proceeded with aggravated assault and assault with weapon. It was an excellent trial and we were able to damage the crown case. I was not convicted by jury, and able to stay in Canada. The coaccused got jail.I was always treated with respect and what to expect from crown witnesses. They prepared good for the case. Thank you so much sukhi and Eric, a great team. You both saved my life and my future in Canada. Thank you again

I worked with Eric Tweel through this firm. In an ocean of unwilling and borderline cowardly lawyers who wouldn’t take my case against an unfair employer, Eric was a breath of fresh air. He was always on top of his game, keeping me updated on a timely basis. The results were far better than expected. I would work with him again (if ever needed).
