Please stay clear of this law firm!!! Unprofessional Ayoub Ali and Suzanna very insensitive and cold to their clients ! My friend is dealing with an emergency, he lost his mother and the law firm was referred to me by a friend. AYOUB was very rude and Unprofessional in dealing with the file, said quote " there was too much background noise " who says that when someone is dealing with a criss? Suzanna is partner supported his position. Stay clear of this law firm. I can not believe this but actually there are people like this in the world. We will be ok the Lord is on the case 🙏🏿 I'm so glad the law firm responded and of course sounded all professional in their response but unfortunately Ayoub and Suzanna couldn't be caring enough after hearing that my friend received a letter to Vacate the property from homeequity's bank lawyer. So what law firm after getting more info that the case is difficult leaves the person in the emergency situation? Wow! As I stated earlier stay clear of this lazy, unprofessional, heartless law firm. I have emails to support my experience. Yes I am very upset that a law firm who received a referral could treat someone this way STAY CLEAR THE LAW FIRM SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!
