Worst Nightmare: How I Took this Lawyer to Court—and Won. Beware of Hidden Fees! I would give this lawyer less than one star if that were possible. I made the biggest mistake by engaging his services for a condo purchase in 2023. I blindly trusted the realtor who referred me to him. This man added hidden fees at the time of closing. I calmly requested a refund of the extra hidden fees, but he ignored me until I filed for an assessment of his fees at court. He ghosted the first court meeting and claimed the appointment had “disappeared” from his calendar. Looool 🤣 Then, at the second court meeting, when the assessment officer asked that we try to settle, this very mean and aggressive lawyer shouted at me for several minutes during the closed settlement meeting—for having the guts to drag him to court. I remember him calling me “a mere woman.” This man couldn’t even join a Zoom meeting with the court—he fumbled for several minutes until his assistant came to his aid. One time, he dropped off the court session and didn’t know how to rejoin. 🤣 I wish I could post their written arguments for the court matter. I was not impressed by the disjointed sentences and weak arguments full of unnecessary lies. After several months (Nov–Aug) of dragging this man through court, I WON!!! On the 16th of August 2024, the assessor ordered him to refund monies to me and noted that any delay in compliance would attract interest. Nobody should ever experience this kind of nightmare for a service they paid for with their hard-earned money. I recall him being passive-aggressive from day one, but I didn’t think much of it—until the hidden fees appeared 🤣 Takeaway: If you ever encounter hidden fees from this man, run to the court within 30 days of receiving his invoice to file for an assessment of his fees.

I am really glad to have a business with Mr. Adil , he is very honest, punctual, nice and respectful to his clients. He listens to the client and deals with the case as if it is his personal one. I admire him for his attitude, mannerism and professionalism.

Excellent customer service and trustworthy lawyer. Mr. Adil helped us resolve our issues with his great expertise and coordination with the builder's lawyer. We always go to him since 2016 for all our solicitor needs. His secretary, Jeanne, is also very professional, patient, and helpful.
