I really wish I would have been able to see the great and compassionate side to Aaron that some of the reviews mention. I told him my case was time sensitive since my deadline to make a decision on whether or not I was going to accept the offer was today. I had a lawyer already that accepted my case but he had a family emergency and needed to go to Madera so I had to scramble to find someone else. We spoke yesterday, he agreed the offer I was given wasn't a good one and said he thought he would be able to get me x amount more. While we were speaking he said someone had come in and that he would call back in 5 minutes. He didn't call back at all so I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking that he was just busy so I tried calling today. Receptionist said that he was in a meeting and would call me back. I explained once again that I need to know how to proceed because the deadline is today. All I needed was a two minute conversation. If he didn't want to accept my case I wish he would have just said that instead of leaving me anxiety ridden and not knowing what to do all day - it was a terrible thing to do. It's now 10 to 5 so I'm obviously not getting a call back at all and have to now accept a garbage offer because it's too short notice to find anyone else. Thanks Aaron, appreciate it! 😕😞

Aaron and his team, especially Monica Rebelo did an amazing job with my claim. I was disabled in 2022. My insurance cut me off late 2024. After speaking with Aaron he took my case. Settled by early 2025 and for more money than expected. Definitely worth hiring his remarkable team. I never had to deal with the insurance company. Thanks for everything. Kevin

I can’t say enough good things about Aaron Waxman and Associates and their incredible team. My brother was in a really tough spot—honestly, at the end of his rope—and they stepped in with not just expertise but genuine compassion and respect. They took the time to listen, treated him like a person, not just a case, and worked tirelessly to help him through it.
