We are immensely grateful to Mark Arnold for achieving a satisfactory resolution to our complex court case filed in 2017. The first lawyer that handled our case neglected it so badly that it severely undermined what could have otherwise been a strong case. Such irresponsible action or blatant inaction caused us years of uncertainty, financial bleed and mistrust in the judicial system. We contacted Mark after conducting research online, where we learned about his handling of previous court cases. True enough, Mark was not only very knowledgeable about the law—he was also empathetic and genuinely cared about our plight. He consulted with us every step of the way and listened to our thoughts and provided us his opinion and guidance in a way that we understood even the smallest implications that our decisions could have to the big picture. A tireless worker, he was both a teacher and a student—educating us on the law as it applied to our case, but at the same time humbly listening and learning from us as well. Mark is an exemplary agent of the law; he epitomizes the nobility of the legal profession. A strong and fierce advocate who doesn’t leave any stones unturned – that’s Mark. From the very beginning, it was clear that this firm is more than just a transaction law office. Gerry's passion for real estate transactions and wealth management truly shines through. It’s never an easy experience when anyone faces a litigation as it’s a very stressful process. I cannot recommend this company enough. I needed a skilled lawyer for a contentious legal matter; Andrea Lusk was highly recommended to me. I never looked back and had no doubt that despite the difficult situation, I was in the best hands. Gerry Miller and his team are simply great. Always available, patient and very competent. They go the extra mile! I was a senior banker at one of the top five Canadian banks and I am now recently retired. I have seen what bad looks like dealing with other law firms up close and personal because I was the one left to fix what was broken. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Had a bad experience trying to register the EV charger to the title in my condo. Extremely slow responses and they were asking to share credit card info on email? I mean of all people you'd figure that lawyers would know not to ask sensitive info over email, how about setting up a simple paypal account or even e-transfer? But they wanted credit card info for which they charged me 100$ to just collect it over 30 seconds phone call. Ridiculous charging customers for their lack for technical expertise.
