Jack V. Halpern practices in the areas of estate and tax planning and corporate transactions for individuals and owner-managed businesses. He has contributed articles to various publications, is a frequent speaker at conferences and is a seminar instructor in the business law and estate planning sections of the Ontario Bar Admission course. Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
