I worked with Kalemi law in the sale and purchase of our property and they were amazing to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Ann (Senior Legal Assistant) and Dean (lawyer). The Kalemi team is very responsive to all emails sent and very transparent about their process. Ann was very accessible via phone or email, and she was also very patient with any questions asked. Dean was simply amazing and thorough in his assessment of the status certificate. He provided breakdowns of the reserve fund and an analysis of the entire status certificate. His analysis is above and beyond what any other lawyer does, even my realtor was impressed. I would recommend Kalemi law to anyone and will be working with them for our Will and Estate planning
