Madelaine made my application for Guardianship of my niece as smooth as butter! I find her to be passionate and great to work with. Both her and Laughlin were great in guiding me through a very complicated situation. I'm now going to re-do my will with her.

BEWARE. A month ago today I received the dreaded phone call. My father had fallen down the stairs and was left for two days without anyone to help him. I live in San Diego California and I am his only daughter. Unfortunately, my mother has been in the hospital with dementia since the end of January. I was fully aware that when my parents wrote their will, I was not their executor. My parents have always protected me and felt that it would be a burden for me to have to fly into Ontario Canada to take care of their matters. When I finally flew Home the next day, after seeing my father, barely holding on, Drs telling me how sick he was. I was faced to make the decision to take him off of life support. Knowing his wish of not wanting to continue life that way. The young 24-year-old man that they appointed power of attorney over their medical and finances was there with me. It was heartbreaking that after many years of me taking care of my parents, I no longer had the final say. I was in shock, disbelief, pain agony and all of the other emotions that you feel when you lose your hero. My father was my God. I reached out to Campbell law multiple times for answers. Never receiving a phone call back to this day. Begging for a return phone call. I believe the secretary noticed my long distance number. You know that click when they send you to voicemail. That click happened each time I called. A week went by as I found out that Mr. Campbell is guiding the 24 year-old boy, neighbor down the street who is executor of the will to block me by phone, block me from talking to my mother, blocked me from viewing my father at the funeral service not allowing me closure to say my final goodbye, blocked me from going into the home where I once lived, blocked me from taking the treasures that I was always promised to be mine. He guided the young man each time I reached out to him by phone: To call the police on me. I call my mother every day only to hear that I am not allowed to speak to her. This is corrupt mean unjustifiable and absolute heartbreaking. My father told me to trust his lawyer mr. Campbell if something were to happen. Mr. Campbell still has not sent me my portion of the will. It has been a month now. I have taken strict action on both parties involved, upon my lawyers suggestions I know now justice will be done.

An HVAC financing company and a notice of security interest we weren't aware of, caused us sleepless nights. Until we were blessed with meeting Madeline and Laughlin at Campbells Oakville law firm!
