Despite repeated attempts to contact your firm, I have not received any acknowledgment or assistance. Prompt communication is crucial in legal matters, and this lack of response is unacceptable. Jim’s oversight and incompetence caused me an approximate loss of $200,000. After the fact, he denied any responsibility and refused any help. I have filed a complaint to the Law Society of Ontario and am in the process pursuing legal action against him.
