Tracy was great to work with! I retained her to help me with the purchase of my house and she ensured everything went smoothly :) Tracy was extremely responsive and was always available to answer any questions, concerns and worries I had. On top of her great service, she offered very reasonable rates. I recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable lawyer for a real estate transaction.

As a Mortgage Broker I have used Tracy Ventresca's services personally as well as recommended her to many clients. Tracy is not your typical lawyer. She is very accommodating and always willing to listen and answer your questions. Most of all (& why I love to refer her) is she is caring and I can't forget...thorough, very thorough! You never feel rushed when dealing with Tracy.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tracy to close on our house! It was certainly a long and complicated process for us as we were dealing with probates and extending the closing date multiple times. Tracy provided us with guidance and constantly checked in and helped us get the deal done as soon as possible. Bought a few homes in the past, first time using Tracy and I must say, she is phenomenal!! Very reasonable fees, great value and service, and zero stress on my end. Tracy is fantastic to work with, she has handle many different cases for me and is a fantastic Lawyer. I have closed a few properties in the past with other lawyers and I can say Tracy's service was far and away the most seamless and stressless. She is hard working and devoted to her clients.
