After a terrible accident that left me unable to work for years, I was lucky to find Roger and Danny and their amazing team. My case was really complicated (it was my second brain injury), but they never gave up on me. They fought hard to get me the compensation I needed and honestly looked out for me the whole way through. Brain injuries don’t just affect you physically; they take a toll on your mental health, too. There were a lot of tough moments, and it was clear that the Foisy & Associates team understood that. They were patient and kind, and they knew how to support someone going through that kind of struggle. That meant a lot to me. Over more than four years, I always felt supported. They gave me the tools I needed to help with my recovery and were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They made me feel heard and cared for, like I really mattered. I’m so thankful for Roger, Danny, and the team. They stuck with me when things were tough and saw my case through to the end. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs help after an injury. It’s taken me a while to write this review as I get so overwhelmed with emotion when I go back to everything this experience has done to me and how it changed my life. I couldn’t though let another moment pass without recognizing Roger R. Foisy & Associates. I am still touched by their personal care and generosity. They “PROTECTED” me while I continually felt victimized and violated by my own insurance provider. When you are thrust into such a vulnerable position there is so much that you need to know and do and you need people who can help you and Roger and everyone on his team can be trusted to be there with you every step of the way! They rally around you when others are trying to wear you down. You will feel heard by Roger’s team from day one. Be patient. It takes time and this is not an easy road to be on but this was where I found my support system & encouragement and connections to other important information to help me. They get to know you as a person & find out what your health & other needs are. I was always treated as someone they knew and truly cared about but so importantly my feelings were respected. Their honesty is invaluable. They’re available to speak with you on the phone or in person. They return your calls. *They have a sense of humour which I cannot tell you how many times I needed that person (most often Rusald or Roger) on the other end of the phone. I can not stress enough how extremely knowledgeable Roger Foisy and his team are in the complex area of Brain Injury & everything involved in it, including how it effects so many other parts of your life that you have trouble explaining to others. They Understand YOU! They Know the how the system works for YOU!
