I was very fortunate to find Jill Edwards, LL.B. on the list of the best lawyers in Oakville after my husband had a bad accident which left him severely injured and disabled. Jill has been great, very supportive and passionate about our situation. She has made herself available to us all the time, explaining complex law procedures, regulations and overall legal process totally new to us. She also met with us at our convenience in the hospital rehabilitation centre in Toronto or later in our house. Always on time, emotionally supportive and realistically optimistic. Jill possesses deep understanding of the personal injury law and has extensive experience in negotiations with insurance companies and government officials. She has advocated for my husband for 2 years, waiting for the best timing and circumstances to settle. Due to her knowledge, experience and patience, my husband’s Long Term Disability case was settled at much better terms that we ever expected and now he has financial support for the rest of his life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was referred to Jill Edwards after a serious car accident. There are incredible benefits to being represented by a small law firm - most important being - you won’t get lost in the shuffle. My experience was EXCELLENT from start to finish. I appreciate Jill’s expertise even more now that my claim has settled. Dealing with personal injury and fighting for accident benefits is stressful enough. You want your lawyer and their staff there for you in every way possible. It is not an overstatement to say my life was slowly falling apart after the accident but Jill and her team helped me pick up the pieces and ensure I could put my life back on track. Awesome experience. I hired Weston on recommendation by a friend of my sister, who had been in an accident, at the time when the Insurance Adjuster was trying to limit benefits I was entitled to . Throughout the time till settlement Weston & his Staff treated me with empathy & respect and were well aware of the Insurance’s behaviour and all dealings with them were handled appropriately and professionally. I would highly recommend Weston to represent again as he advocated well on my behalf to the best outcome possible. He & his staff have great people skills & included a team for my needs as well .

I have had the pleasure of knowing Jill Edwards for 10 years now. She was an integral part of a team that successfully represented me in a very complex Medical Malpractice suit. I cannot say enough about her competence on the job, mixed with a good dose of client empathy. Jill is a hardworking, dedicated member of the Bar and you will absolutely not go wrong having her representation. I have also been fortunate to get to know Weston Pollard over the last few years. He provided a great deal of assistance to me with my Long Term Disability carrier that ended positively for me.
