I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this personal injury law firm. From the very beginning, communication was poor. I had to chase them down for updates and felt like I was constantly being ignored. My lawyer Oksana Turner seemed disorganized and unprepared for my case, which only added to my frustration. Not only did she fail to meet my expectations, but I also ended up settling for far less than I believe I was entitled to. As per the agreement lawyer's share was supposed to be 33% but she made sure to do 50% by adding all the disbursements. The clinics they use for assessments are charging $4000 for 20 minutes assessment, and that money is taken from your share. The entire process felt like a waste of time and money, and I wouldn't recommend this lawyer or the firm to anyone seeking professional and effective legal help. Beware of this money making firm.
