The staff at Lofranco were beyond amazing! It took almost 4 years for my wife and I to settle an automotive incident. During that time of stress and physical ailments Nicole was there with us every step of the way. Nicole made life easier and better for us from day one. Took all of our calls, responded to every one of our emails. Honestly couldn’t have had a better, nicer, more competent lawyer than Nicole. Visited this firm for a 9am appointment on a Saturday regarding a personal injury claim only to find no one present in the office. After standing there for 15 minutes ringing the door bell and knocking the door, I realized that this firm does not value its prospective clients who only have availability to meet on the weekend and the lawyer himself did not attend nor did his assistant/law clerk given the parking lot was absolutely empty. When I spoke to the lawyer on the phone he got seriously defensive and hung up on me. Strongly encourage the public to see a proper personal injury solicitor instead of these guys.
