My case was long, and it required a creative approach to a matter that typically is unsuccessful. I can honestly say that Neinstein was persistent, professional, and I could not have gotten through this matter without them. Michelle Kudlats is a compassionate lawyer who studies her cases, takes an empathic approach to clients, while also honing in on the facts and an evidence-based approach to solving cases. There were many months when my situation seemed really destined to not go in my favour, but she did exactly as promised from the start - present the best case as possible while never taking no for an answer. My dad was seriously injured when he was struck by a car while visiting Canada. From day one, Erik and his team were incredibly helpful.
