I had an excellent experience with the Tickets. From the beginning, they were completely honest with me. When I spoke with John, he made it clear that he wouldn’t promise anything that wasn’t possible. He took the time to explain all the options available to me and guided me through each step of the process. There were times we had reschedule, but John ensured that I understood why and what the next steps would be. In the end, we achieved the best possible outcome with everything dismissed and no record left. I highly recommend John and his team for their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. Five stars!

Prompt and clear communication. And of course, the fact that I got the resolution that I wanted for my speeding ticket thanks to the paralegals at Tickets (shout-out to kind John who knows what it's like out in Quebec in autumn+his patience in explaining our next steps for my final trial). They smoothly handled my various inquiries and trials (and the prosecution!) over the last nine months. I got the ticket on Sept 1 and my trials were completed by May 21 — I didn't worry much about it over this period as Tickets didn't bother me with unnecessary communications. Just the important and pertinent stuff. Unfortunately, the fees were pricey over time with each trial adding up to more than my original ticket fine of $139 BUT I imagine any team would charge similar fees if not more for multiple legal representations like in my case.

These people are amazing. I got two penalty tickets which were dismissed by them. Sometimes we made mistakes but we need someone who can represent us fairly. Tickets are the best professionals in the GTA. Just leave to them. Everything run smoothly. Always well communication and fair price. I am very impressed by their work. I will definitely go back . Thank you !

I was referred to them for help with my traffic summons, and I’m so glad I chose their service. My ticket ended up being dismissed, which was a huge relief. The staff were friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable throughout the process. Mr. Dror even offered me a student discount, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with traffic tickets and looking for peace of mind.
