Receptionist that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Very disrespectful and condescending. I simply asked a question she could not comprehend. Please learn to understand English!

I called this clinic several times over the past few weeks with several questions. Embisat was wonderful. She was kind and patient and answered all of my questions without being annoyed or irritated, regardless of how trivial my questions seemed. She's been a lifesaver in helping me understand everything about ODSP.THANK YOU!

Horrible services been calling for 2 days as the receptionist is very rude and told me I all ready called and hung up. Very unprofessional for a legal place - complant will be made to legal aid about this malicious activity. On hold for over an hour every time and never once was rude to them. Investigation pending .
