David supported us through the closings of both a home purchase, and home sale transaction. He was extremely professional and diligent in his work, easy to communicate with, and had very reasonable fees for his services. Both transactions were completely seamlessly and we were grateful he didn’t try to ding us with miscellaneous extra billings during the engagement, like we had to navigate in our prior lawyer closings. He was also very supportive of helping us make a title insurance claim afterwards, and took care of it entirely on his end. We would highly recommend David for your real estate transactions.
