Not even worth one star. Worst experience ever. I was in touch with Amandeep Sohal, whoever that person is but obviously not a lawyer. Not only this person had difficulty with comprehension of written text ( I had to repeat myself a few times for them to get it) but they also told me I didn't have a case because in their opinion if someone ditches you in real estate transaction that's totally fine as long as you sold the house to someone else. Yeah, really, I lost like around $100k from the failed transaction and they told me it was fine. Stay away from this firm, they obviously have no clue , or just lazy asses looking for easy money where they don't have to think and work .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We received an amazing service from Nick Poon. While a court case (dispute regarding the selling of our house) is always a stressful situation, Nick succeeded to continously reassure us throughout the process by providing excellent and thoughful guidance as well as thorough explanation. We recommand Nick 100%!!!

I reached out to this law firm for a consultation but was very disappointed with the initial interaction. The receptionist who called me back to schedule a consultation was unprofessional and rude, lacking basic customer service skills. Her arrogance and dismissive attitude completely turned me away from working with this firm. First impressions matter, and this firm lost a potential client due to poor treatment at the intake stage. I would recommend they invest in training their staff on professional and courteous client service.

Josef Finkel and Gilbertson Davis LLP firm were extremely helpful in assisting Darwin collect on our behalf and would definitely recommend using their services. They are professional, quick to respond, clear and concise communication, they know the Canadian laws well and processes in order to make it a successful case. They are upfront and honest if they cannot handle the case. They were a great team to work with and will definitely use their services again in the future if the need arises.

Called to seek legal advice, was greeted with a coordinator. Coordinator instantly advised if monetary damages of $150,000 or more was not the case, they wouldn't be of any help. As well as a retainer of $10,000 would be required. Not a great way to attract or help potential clients.
