I highly recommend Herman Legal Group for their assistance with my non-immigrant visa during the consular interview (details of the visa are intentionally withheld). The interview process is typically very fast-paced, leaving only a few minutes to explain your situation. I did my best to present my case to the visa officer, but it was clear she was having difficulty understanding the full context — though not due to any language barrier on my part. Ultimately, I presented the cover letter prepared by Herman Legal Group, and it made the difference. The visa officer was persuaded. In situations like this, it’s essential to have someone who thoroughly understands immigration law — rather than trying to explain complex legal matters yourself during a short interview.
