I had the pleasure of working with Shelby for both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her service. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

I'm not very satisfied with their service. I bought a condo apartment last month and Alan Fenster was recommended by my realtor. They did the job but the customer service is disappointing. 1) The office clerk Sona didn't reply my emails, or if she did it was always unreasonably delayed 2) Paperwork was always sent to me beyond promised timelines. The final statement how much I'd own in fees and the rest was sent to me only the night before the closing date. So I didn't even know exactly how much money I needed to pay the following day until the very last moment. Besides, I still haven't received the final report from them, more than a month passed since the closing date. 3) Overall experience was very stressful and I didn't get much support and advice from them. They've never said Thanks for doing business with us or Congratulations on buying a property. Felt undervalued and ignored.

Very professional. I've worked with Alan for over 8 years on multiple residential transactions and have never been disappointed. He is extremely knowledgeable, and personally speaks with his clients rather then delegating to others. Best real estate lawyer in town without a doubt.

I know Allan since 2011 when I closed my first house. I used him several times since then and let me tell you this: he’s probably the only lawyer in town who always picks up the phone and answers all my questions! Himself. I don’t think I ever had to leave a voicemail or speak with the secretary. Let alone, his fees are more than reasonable. Great service at good price - rare combo these days. Strongly recommend.
