Mortgage application was very complicated and wasn't fully approved until 2 days prior to closing. Everything was on the up and up with Doug and Christine who were able to complete everything in time and follow up with any issues immediately. Everything was transparent and the fee was very reasonable. Was under so much stress but they were able to handle everything. Very grateful and will definitely use them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is probably long over due. Been with him for what seems like 30 years...back to when he was on Dundas. My parents, then ourselves. All of our real estate and wills. $ are reasonable and he is easy to talk to...and he likes to talk! But it's good and interesting conversation. Nice guy, solid staff and operation. Have recommended him to others and they are not disappointed.

Can’t thank Douglas M Davidson enough for helping me purchase my first home. He found some issues with the seller documents and I was able to get the price of the home down because of him. I’m very happy I chose him as he saved me money in the long run!

Excellent Lawyer, he handled the transaction for our mothers estate with understanding and compassion. He had no problem taking extra time to explain details. (and he had a dog named "Carley Davidson"), just had to throw that in, being a passionate Harley rider. His rates are fair, and I will highly recommend him to friends and family in the future.
