Disappointed with the level of service and professionalism. The law office was confrontational, uncooperative, and made the transaction more stressful than it needed to be. Communication was poor, and the overall attitude was far from what’s expected in a professional setting. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Recently used their services for my house sale closing.Very helpful and great people to approach. Thanks to Hetal , Vikram , Manraj for their great advice and support and answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend them to be reached out for any legal services.

Unprofessional, no work ethics, no regard for his clients, poor customer.service. We got charged $3000 penalty because he didn't do our closing on time. Even though we provided all the supporting documents and were on top of everything. When we demanded clarification and proof , he sent us to banks to pay for damages incurred. Didn't take a slight responsibility for his actions. There should be a complaint against him in law society. Never going back to him again.

Very poor quality service. Just interested in money to garb but do not look into business matter and act. Did my real estate transaction. He signed all documents and did Land transfer on closing date. He issued me a statement that he has received full payment on closing date. That was not the case. Buyer paid after 10 days of closing date. I lost an opportunity of buyer default and higher Market price. Means he didn't worked for me, he worked for his money.

Very unprofessional lawyer as well as staff. Ramesh Patel is the worst lawyer I've seen so far. Lawyer has no work ethics and no professionalism at all. Ramesh Patel and his staff has no respect for their clients and treat them like a trash. Punjabi guy in their reception only speaks in Punjabi and denies speaking in English or Hindi even if he can do so. Not all Indians understand Punjabi dude. Grow up. You are in Canada, not in your Punjab.
