I hired Mathew to do my will and power of attorney. Mathew knows his stuff, and his prices are reasonable. I found Matthew's personality is amazing towards his clients. He makes clients feel totally comfortable and answers all questions. Very professional. I highly recommend Mathew for legal needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mathew has been my lawyer for over 10 years and he has masterfully handled the purchase of my home, the preparation of my will and powers of attorney and my various family law matters. His knowledge and experience in real estate and commercial matters definitely gives him an advantage in advising and representing clients going through any separation involving complex real estate, pension and business issues. When people talk about something important, you can hear such an expression. “This is the million dollar question”. Good figurative expression. In my case, it was the 10 million question. That is the amount my brother decided to collect from me. If he had succeeded, then my life and the life of my family would have turned into an unsuccessful attempt to get out of a deep financial hole. Luckily for me, 5 years ago Mathew took over my case and the result exceeded all my most optimistic expectations. The case was recently closed and at the same time I do not owe my brother anything and he must reimburse me a significant part of the legal costs incurred by me. The victory did not come easy. My brother and his lawyer did not adhere to any moral standards. The dirtiest methods were used. So, for example, my emails to my brother were edited in his favor and presented as genuine. Mathew had to give up trying to have a verbal dialogue with my brother's lawyer because the whole content of these conversations was later shamelessly distorted by him. And even what was written on paper could be arbitrarily changed by our opponent at any convenient moment for him. To schedule a motion in court and not warn your opponent about it is a gross violation of judicial procedure. But that's exactly what my brother's lawyer did regularly. Or vice versa, he informed us about the scheduled hearing and canceled it at the last moment in order to only increase my costs, since all the preparation for the hearing was in vain. I am writing about this to make it clear in what a toxic atmosphere my lawyer had to work. Mathew found the strength to adapt to a difficult situation and outright win the case. And this is what I want to note as his great merit. As a person who has gone through 5 years of litigation, I can give advice to someone who is just going to seek the truth in court. If there is even a small opportunity to negotiate with your opponent and avoid a trial, then do not miss it. This way you will save yourself from serious troubles. If there is no way out and you need to join the battle, then Mathew is the person you need to defend your interests in court.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We found Mathew to be very competent, wise and his counsel was invaluable. We have had him represent our group of companies on multiple occasions in both corporate and civil litigation matters. He was diligent, thoughtful and always patient with us, never once did we feel we were being rushed or our concerns taken lightly. Mathew helped us navigate through a very complex refinancing transaction, one that saw many twists and turns until its completion. During this refinancing, he also managed to represent our interests in a very difficult litigation piece that very easily, if not handled properly, could have jeopardized our multi-million dollar refinance. We have nothing but praise for Mathew - we have dealt with many larger size firms before, but none of them paid as close attention to detail as did Mathew. We would without hesitation recommend Mathew, and have no doubt found the last lawyer we will ever use.
