I met Ms. Ranieri at a Chambers of Commerce event. I am grateful for attending it because it allowed me to end up meeting an amazing Lawyer. Her soft yet professional disposition gave me great comfort to be able to work with her on a matter that was while business related, had emotional ties. Ms. Ranieri was prompt in addressing all my needs and fulfilled my business legal requirements within a tight deadline but still with the highest regard for efficiency and quality of detail. I strongly recommend her services. Nicoletta has a boutique law firm, that provides very professional services. She is very knowledgeable in her field and promptly replies to your email. She provides tailored services for your needs. One of the strongest points of her service is unlike other law firms, she is very fast in her work. Nicoletta prepared a collaboration agreement that I am very comfortable and confident in presenting to my collaborator. I was particularly grateful for Nicoletta's due diligence in researching the legal status of my collaborator to ensure that my company, my brand, and copyright material would be protected going forward. Nicoletta took time to educate me and focus on protecting my interest while making it easy for me to do business with my collaborator and set boundaries that make sense for both parties.
