In addition to charges under the Criminal Code of Canada, we defend charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, Extradition matters, Occupational Health and Safety prosecutions, Environmental Protection Act prosecutions and professional discipline complaint proceedings. Bruce Daley and associates were a God sent! During such a vulnerable and stressful time, Bruce gave us the courage we needed to get through our case. He was available around the clock, patient and listened to our story. He was very insightful and provided real information, not to mention he is extremely resourceful in this industry! (He's well known!) & When you hear Bruce speak you know he has decades of experience and that he just knows exactly what to do to guide you to the best outcome. He helped my family and I immensely, went above and beyond more than we thought and we are truly so thankful to him and his associates who are just as great!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Ken and his team. He is extremely competent and experienced and delivers exactly what he promises. He is reassuring when you find yourself in a very difficult position, and will absolutely get you the best result possible for your situation. Bruce has shown me a tremendous amount of time and effort through his knowledge & experience as a lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a lawyer who will not just work for you, but allow you to understand your rights. I learned a lot from Bruce and his conduct speaks for itself. Not only did he fight hard, but got me off on all charges! He used his own cases to defend me which shows how good he really is, I will forever be grateful for his hard work and effort!
