Mr. Suny S. Virk articled with the prestigious law firm of Greenspan, Henein & White, under the tutelage of Edward Greenspan, Q.C. While articling, Mr Virk assited in the editing of Mr. greenspan’s most recent book, Counsel fot the Defence, The Bernard Cohn Memorial Lectures in Crminal Law. Upon becoming a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Suny Virk has been practicing criminal law exclusively.

At the beginning of November 2024, I had been charged with an excessive-hefty Criminal charge. At the time I was emotionally drained and going through a lot of personal distress at the time of the charges brought against me. A close friend of mine recommended Suny Virk to represent and assist me. From the minute i walked into his professional Law office, I was greeted with Sincerity & empathy and did not belittle me. Suny listened to everything I had to express about my case, he explained how serious the charges were, and walked me through the entire process. From the very beginning he explained that he would do his best by me and we had to get through this issue. Suny Virk was able to have my Charges withdrawn. I was really nervous but he kept me calm. He exceeded my expectations. Suny isn’t going to promise you the world then not Deliver, he’s extremely humble , composed, compassionate, Calm and well mannered. Suny explains what he may be able to achieve, and performs above and beyond. His Fees are more than reasonable and he goes to bat to maintain his client’s innocence. Definitely a Scholar in Law.
