Brian Ross is a founding partner at Canadas largest Criminal Lawyer Toronto Brian Ross criminal law firm, Rusonik, OConnor, Ross, Gorham & Angelini, LLP. Prior to founding this firm, Brian was a partner at Pinkofskys, a leading law firm famous for its vigorous defence of its clients. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology, and authoring several journal publications in this area, Mr. Ross attended Osgoode Hall Law School. He immediately established himself there in the area of criminal law by becoming a Criminal Division leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program (C.L.A.S.P.) While at law school, he was also a member of the Innocence Project, a clinical program that investigates and represents persons claiming to be wrongfully convicted, and worked extensively on the brief in support of the Grant of Executive Clemency for Leonard Peltier.

Brian Ross is a phenomenal lawyer who was with us throughout the whole process and was available when you needed him. He's very nice, conducts himself and business with integrity and really knows how to do his job. He's not out to get your money or inflate his prices like some of these lawyers who think they are celebrities and take advantage of people's situation. If your looking for an honest person with charisma and knows his field in and out hire him and you won't be disappointed. We were very fortunate to have him represent us and we thank him for knowledge in criminal law and his good character.

I found myself requiring competent legal advice and representation after being falsely accused of a historical crime. I immediately called lawyers at four different Toronto firms but none gave me confidence that they would be adept at handling my defense. It wasn’t until I spoke with Brian Ross that I began to calm from the shock of the accusations and felt confident that he was extremely knowledgeable with the next steps for me to take. In that 15-minute conversation I knew instantly that I wanted Mr. Ross to represent me. At our in-person consultation the following day, Mr. Ross patiently answered all of my questions and listened intently and empathetically to my situation. He was very professional, inquisitive and understanding…not the typical cold lawyer type. Mr. Ross agreed to take on my case and took the time to explain the entire process that would come to happen. Brian helped me work through the process one step at a time, was always honest with his opinions and didn’t make any unrealistic projections which really helped with my anxieties of the unknown. Brian Ross clearly conveyed my innocence to the jury and helped me avoid prosecution and punishment for a crime I did not commit and for that I will be forever grateful. I have worked for many attorneys and have never dealt with any other attorney more dedicated than Brian Ross. From the beginning of the case he handled for me, he showed interest, professionalism and an unbelievable knowledge. I recommend him highly, and have him on my speed dial. Until this day, every time I have a question or need to consult anyone, Brian is the first one I call, and most of the time, my questions have nothing to do with criminal. What makes him so good at what he does is because the caring he shows for his cases and clients. He is just great.

I called Mr Brian Ross office for legal advice and left a message. The admin assist told me he will call me back but honestly I called a few that said same thing but never called back. Mr Brian Ross called me back within an hour or 2. He listened to my concern and gave me his best advice and all the possibilities I should consider. He is a great lawyer who took time to talk to me and advise me. Since we spent a good amount of time on the phone I wanted to pay the consultation but he refused. He was just happy to help. If you are looking for a criminal lawyer, he is the man...you need a lawyer that listens and gets the job done. Thank you Mr Ross, I really appreciated our conversation and your human approach.
