Cant begin to say how much we've appreciated the continuous tireless work that Peter and his entire team do on a day-to-day basis for our company. Jasy and Peter helped us with the acquisition of a new business and they really worked hard and tirelessly to get it done. They gave us great advice and stood by us every step of the way. Their attention to detail helped us prevent a lot of potential problems that we did not anticipate. They carried us through the whole transition and when the other lawyer was refusing to cooperate they pushed hard to make it work and got it done! With their vast experience in various areas and their dedications I would recommend them to anyone !!! Hands down the best!

Saad Law provided exceptional service with a transaction to transfer a stake in a pharmacy. We worked with Jasy who was very responsive and diligent in providing us with advice and guidance. We were also provided with a comprehensive and very organized closing binder that allows us to retain all records painlessly. Recommend without any hesitation!
