I have known Mark for over 20 years and always appreciate his guidance for several real estate related work he guided us through. Mark is always generous with his knowledge and accommodating various questions that we come up with. Mark patiently explains the intricacies of the tax requirements and his guidance is very valuable. Janna is awesome with her quick (feels instantaneous) responses and providing documentation requirements for the builder and many things that needed urgent attention.
