I am an owner operator of 3 Real Estate offices. For being with Royal LePage for the last 20 years and 3 months back I switched to Coldwell Banker Canada. I bought a farm house in King City in August 2022 and for some technical reasons could not close the deal on time. Eventually ended up filing a lawsuit against the stubborn seller. Hired a a lawyer in Mississauga who could never give a hope to fight and then another law firm in Brampton with the same message forget this property you don't have a case!!! . Just to take the final chance contacted Rob of Sutherland Law Firm who connected me with Matthew to assist me in this case. Unfortunately, I had a $265000 deposit released to the seller based on few good faith promises. The story was rewritten and presented to the court and things started changing in days. Finally the defendant was bowed down to settle out of court. My family and I moved into the farm house on June 16, 2024. I would strongly endorse professionalism and superior services available in this office. The Mr. Impossible is Matthew who makes it happen.

This law firm chose to put an unfair lien at the discretion of wilson blanchard which is a very poorly run condo management corporation, just letting people know they like to work with this corporation and have no compassion just in to make themselves money.

I am very conservative about writing the reviews especially about the professional services. I had to defend against a commercial landlord for a big claim. I had a chance dealing with Sutherland Law Firm and Matthew Kersten (my Lawyer) made everything impossible for the plaintiffs. Eventually I was the winner and credit goes to my council.
