The firm has been associated with Arthur Maloney, B. Clive Bynoe and Robert Mark, among others. Elgin Coutts formally retired in June 2009 on the 60th anniversary of his call to the Bar.

I dealt with Harry Polizos regarding my purchase of a home. There were several properties I considered before finding my forever home- Harry was professional- educated me on 'assignment' sales vs. Resale...he was always prompt to respond to my inquires. 100% would recommend him and his firm.

Robert O' Brien is a lawyer you shouldn't trust. Makes promises that he doesn't keep. He said to me his services would cost me 20k and in the end cost me 100k during covid. He didn't go to court and over billed me. He plays a nice guy act but in fact he is a wolf in Sheep's clothing.

Honestly stay away from this office. I was returning client and was dealing with Richard Parker till he retired . All my problems start after he left . New lawyer that took the case was more busy in vacations then doing his job he was charging me for , his assistance was clearly stating that she is busy with her family and have no time and that she never handle such cases before anyway . I was left alone to sign settlement documents and no one help me or explain. By my own lawyers I was named "quite anxious" , was ashamed and totally shocked .... but no one care and no one apology. Instead of around 14 days ( or little longer )of waiting ( as my lawyer told me ) i was blindly waiting more then months and receive funds only because start calling courts and defendant lawyers by my self . Manville my lawyer was in vacation once again and his assistant busy with family matters. End of the story - they overcharge me , till now don't now for what because all they did is send me invoice with someone else file information. Rest of funds was deposited as 3th party deposit in my account and was funds was frozen for 7 business' days . They never respond , never explain ….. I guess busy in Vacation .

Harry polizos is an amazing lawyer and advisor. Gradually became a member of family. Knowledgeable helpful. Generous in the time and advice he gives and reasonable on cost.
