Ms. Singh listens patiently and comes with decades of family law experience. She did not have me sign any retainer agreement in over 3 months, no Invoice issued against fee paid, no invoice provided even after asking for it. Misled blatantly on Divorce Jurisdiction within Canada and then recanted her own paid legal advice months later. One needs to be aware of the professional conduct of such professionals one relies upon, at times involving minors.

I had the worst experience with Deepa. She appears friendly and sympathetic she lacks experience in court. She took my divorce to trial although I insisted i did not wish to. She does not how to cross examine. She took over 5trs to close my divorce case. She did not respond to important documents sent by the opposing lawyer. She took every penny of my sale if home plus she was my real estate lawyer. No sympathy for her clients and her lack of concern. She I extremely greedy. You will regret going to her. I am reporting her to the Law Society.

Deepa Singh, this lady is not who she said she is , i wanted to get some on my case to handle my divorce issue, i spoke with her on the 1\4\2023. she seem like a nice person, after giving her my document . the next day i came back to make a payment to her. she was in office , but she busy with a next client. . i counted $800 in cash give it to Deepa assistant . then 2 days after i try to call her to get and reciept from her . the assistant was so rude over the phone. anyways i call deepa for 2 months straight and she never get back to me till in march telling me she was in court for 2 weeks. this was all lies no one should go to her. when i ask back for my money she said i only give her 400. she also wanted me to email her assistant about the money, in her own words she said to ruff her up for my money. at this point i no she wanted to set me up cause am black person. i told her i will do that. that is harassement . i would never do nooooooo kinda business with her again and am telling people fine a professtional

Deepa is a really helpful lawyer and a nice person. She not only helped me with my separation case, but also kept motivating me throughout the case and also provided right guidance throughout. She never tried to complicate things, always gave positive ideas to me about getting back with my wife together if possible, so all in all, highly recommended. My wife's laywer was always complicating things but with a kind lawyer like deepa, me and my wife are back together. If I forgot to mention, she was a great motivator throughout my case.
