I have been working with Klug Law for over a year now to assist with our company's US immigration needs. They have been extremely responsive and helpful in clarifying processes, recommending the best path forward, and in answering all regulatory questions I have. Initially, I was quite uncertain about my qualifications for being a candidate in the eb1a green card category. However, after an assessment by experts at Klug Law Firm, I was informed that I am eligible to apply for a green card under the EB-1a category. Despite this, I still felt hesitant to apply fearing the potential financial loss if I was not selected. It was "Jonathan Hammond" who instilled confidence in me and convincingly explained my eligibility for EB1a in a professional manner. Preparing for my petition involved considerable time and numerous meetings about archiving documents. I'm sincerely grateful to Eric Leder for selecting the documents to support my petition. His communication style, adherence to timelines, and honesty were greatly appreciated. He expertly crafted my self-petition case, effectively persuading the USCIS officers. Finally, Jonathan submitted all the required documents in a timely manner. Both he and Eric were confident about my case's approval and strongly recommended that I opt for premium processing. Following their advice, I did so. As anticipated, we received an RFE from the USCIS. Jonathan and Eric were so proactive and guided me on which eligible documents to collect to effectively respond to the RFE. I reviewed their response to the RFE and was thoroughly impressed me with their working style and narration. And here is the fruitful result - the team forward me the email from USCIS regarding my case approval. I cannot express enough gratitude to Mr Eric and Mr Jonathan for their unwavering and continuous support. I strongly recommend that others engage in business with this team.

Updated review in response to the owner reply. (Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that my review is based on documented communications. Over the course of our email correspondence, I received multiple assurances regarding specific timelines and deliverables. Despite these assurances, the agreed-upon actions were not completed as promised. I followed up on several occasions, yet the lack of progress remained a significant concern. My review reflects my personal experience and is intended to provide an honest and factual account) I engaged Klug Law Firm in November 2024 for assistance with my EB-1A petition. I promptly uploaded all the requested materials within the first week. According to the timeline provided at the start, expert testimonial letters were to be prepared within five business days, with the full petition expected shortly after receiving the necessary documents. However, after completing my uploads, communication from the firm became infrequent, and there was little to no progress for several weeks. During a virtual meeting in early February 2025, I was told the petition would be ready by the end of that month, but that deadline passed without any substantial updates or deliverables. In April 2025, the firm chose to terminate the agreement. They also stated they would provide the materials they had worked on. What I received, however, were essentially the same documents I had submitted myself and a draft petition that appeared incomplete. I was disappointed with the overall handling of the case. Based on my personal experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this firm.

Having Atty. Noah and his team handle our immigration case application was the best and wisest decision we’ve ever made as immigrants in this country. His firm showed us from day one that they know exactly what they are doing. Atty Noah and associates were not only very knowledgeable and well updated with the immigration laws, they also gave us their undivided attention needed to keep us reassured when anxiety and uncertainties arose.Overall, we were very satisfied with the legal service Atty Noah provided us. Absolutely highly recommend Klug Law Firm. I used Noah and his team to process my family E-2 Treaty Investor Visa. He makes your process looks smooth and easy with no stress at all.
