I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the services provided by the B.I.G. Charity Law Group. Our organization had previously faced significant challenges with other legal firms in Canada, primarily due to a lack of transparency and unexpected costs. This often resulted in receiving invoices for even the simplest queries, creating substantial issues for us. However, our experience with the B.I.G. Charity Law Group has been refreshingly different. From the outset, the team demonstrated a keen understanding of our needs and expectations. They were exceptionally transparent about the financial costs involved, which were both reasonable and clearly communicated. I would like to specifically acknowledge the assistance and patience of Daisy Francisco and Mathew Mah. Their responsiveness was remarkable, any message or question we sent was answered within 30 minutes. The efficiency of the team was also impressive, as they managed to draft and submit a set of documents to the government in just three working days, compared to the six months (!!!!) it took with our previous firm. Moreover, the flexibility of the team was outstanding. They supported us beyond just the payment aspect, allowing us to consult with their lawyers on various questions ( which doesn't require a new file to be opened), and the team didn't charge us for every single email, no matter how simple. In summary, the B.I.G. Charity Law Group is a friendly and patient team, and it was a pleasure to work with them. We will definitely return to them for any future legal advice or assistance.

Their team was incredibly responsive, clearly explained each step of the process in simple terms, and made what could have been a daunting task seamless and stress-free.
