The style of communication is too relaxed and casual. At times, I was not sure if he was laughing at me. I thought certain expressions and words should never be used by professionals, but he for sure did not think so. This is perhaps why professional people should conduct themselves professionally. It could be he treated all others with utmost respect and professionalism. I don't know, but am only describing my own experience.
